Entzündungshemmende wirkstoffe. VIII 5‐ und 6‐chlorierte 1‐aroylbenzotriazole

Abstract: Die Umsetzung von 5‐Chlorbenzotriazol (1) mit den entsprechenden Carbonsäurechloriden (2) führt einerseits zu den (3,5‐Dinitrobenzoyl)‐ (3a), (4‐Fluorbenzoyl)‐ (3b) und (4‐Chlorbenzoyl)‐Derivaten (3c) des 5‐Chlorbenzotriazols, andererseits zu den (4‐Nitrobenzoyl)‐ (4a), (3,4,5‐Trimethoxybenzoyl)‐ (4b), (4‐Methoxybenzoyl)‐ (4c), Crotonyl‐ (4d), Cinnamoyl‐ (4e) und Pentafluorbenzoyl‐Derivaten (4f) des 6‐Chlorbenzotriazols. Insbesondere vermag 4e einen auffallenden entzündungshemmenden Effekt auszulösen.
