Envelope peak detection algorithm based on the CEEMDAN in white light interferometry

Abstract: White light scanning interferometry (WLSI) is a key non-contact three-dimensional (3D) morphometry method. The traditional envelope peak detection (EPD) algorithm is a typical WLSI surface recovery algorithm without phase calculation, but its accuracy is susceptible to noise and fitting errors.
