The graph model for conflict resolution (GMCR) methodology was enhanced in this research for addressing cross-basin water pollution conflicts involving heterogeneous sanctions, as a more intuitive and straightforward definition for mixed unilateral improvements was proposed, followed by an integrated procedure for performing mixed stability analyses. Furthermore, the cross-border water pollution dispute that occurred in 2018 in Hongze Lake, China, is systematically modeled and strategically analyzed for the first time, using the improved GMCR method. In addition, an evolution analysis was carried out within the framework of GMCR for verifying the applicability of the eco-compensation mechanism in addressing cross-basin water pollution disputes. This case study demonstrates that the heterogeneity of sanctioning opponents could influence equilibrium outcomes and even change the evolution of conflict situations. Moreover, the developed novel approach is able to accurately predict the equilibrium outcomes of the conflict and provide more strategic insights and valuable findings in making effective conflict resolutions for solving cross-basin water pollution conflicts.

Los ríos por sus caracteristicas brindan servicios ecosistémicos a la sociedad, pero la influencia antrópica repercute en estos espacios afectándolos de formas directas o indirectas, la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar los impactos ambientales en el río Jipijapa mediante la obtención de información realizada por encuestas a 35 personas relacionadas a las actividades de origen antrópico y sus posibles consecuencias, la evaluación de impactos ambientales se realizó mediante la matriz de importancia acorde a la metodología de Fernández-Vitora (2010), el análisis matemático – estadístico consistió en la utilización de la ecuación de importancia del impacto y estadística descriptivo, los software utilizados fueron el Microsoft Excel y el software IBM SPSS Statistics 26, los resultados obtenidos se identificó que la disposición de residuos sólidos (34% encuestados) es frecuente poder observar en el río Jipijapa, mientras que la percepción de la sociedad (34%) se genera un impacto visual, también se evidenció que en los tres tramos de evaluación del río Jipijapa en el tramo 1 se obtuvo una relevancia baja – moderado; en el tramo 2 moderado – severo y en el tramo 3 tiene relevancia baja – moderado – severa en los impactos ambientales identificados, en conclusión se logró identificar que los residuos sólidos es muy notorio observarlos en el río lo que produce una percepción negativa en la ciudadanía, se evaluó los impactos ambientales del río Jipijapa la parte más afectada es tramo 2 centro – urbano debido a los asentamientos comerciales de primera necesidad, infraestructuras hogareñas, redes clandestinas entre otros.

The present study presents the results of the use of hydraulic and hydrological modeling in order to maintain the quantitative and qualitative parameters of the groundwater Capture Front Gherăeşti, Bacau County. With the help of specialized hydro-computer programs such as: Visual MODFLOW for groundwater dynamics, and Mike 11 for hydraulic modeling, the impact of urban development projects on surface and groundwater bodies can be simulated and anticipated. The results obtained are used in the Project to assess the impact of the project on water bodies (SEICA). SEICA contributes significantly to maintaining the quality of water bodies by making reasoned decisions that ensure the sustainability of urban development projects.
