Environmental Policy and Regulatory Framework for Managing Mangroves as a Carbon Sink in Cuba

Abstract: Carbon stored in mangroves is valuable for climate change mitigation. Managing the carbon stored in the mangrove requires an adequate legal framework and an environmental policy.
