Abstract:ESEM (Environmental Scanning Electron Microscopy) allows the observation of liquids under specific conditions of pressure and temperature. Moreover, when working in the transmission mode, i.e. in STEM (Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy), nano-objects can be analyzed inside a liquid.
