EP22.12: Risk factors and prenatal suspicion for abnormal placentation: three years' experience in a single tertiary hospital

Abstract

Electronic poster abstractsthe placental adhesion or accreta, if blood flow signal overflow at the interruption suggesting placental penetration. Preoperative evaluation of the degree of AIP was performed and matched with intraoperative findings and postoperative pathology. Results: 11 cases were confirmed. 3 cases had not been delivered, and 2 cases were lost to follow-up. The average age of 11 pregnant women was 32.3 ± 5.50years, and the median gestational age was 31+2W weeks. Ten cases of placenta were extensive, the placenta was attached to the anterior and posterior walls of the uterine cavity. Among them, 7 cases>1CS, 2 cases>2 CS, 2 cases had no history of CS, 2 had a history of AIP. 7 cases, orbital uterine muscle wall echo was discontinuous, intraoperative bleeding 300-1000ml, confirmed as placental adhesion and implant, 3 cases of uterine muscle wall echo discontinuity accompanied by interruption of blood flow overflow, bleeding was 1500-2000ml. The pathological diagnosis was placental penetration, one of cases was cervical placenta accreta. One case, the uterine muscle wall and bladder wall showed parallel double-track sign, it had no adhesion and only vascular preposition. 11 cases were completely consistent with the preoperative evaluation. Conclusions: This study shows that the dual-orbital angiography and vascular spillover of 3D Crystal Vue can accurately assess the AIP. 3D Crystal Vue provides imaging evidence for personalised treatment options for AIP women.
