Abstract:Purpose To report an atypical presentation of an epibulbar simple cartilaginous choristoma with a unique pigmented multicystic component. Case Description A 69-year-old African American female presented for evaluation of a right nasal epibulbar lesion that had progressed over the prior year. Slit-lamp evaluation revealed an immobile, mildly pigmented multicystic lesion measuring 6.0 × 4.5 mm that involved the nasal bulbar conjunctiva and the plica semilunaris.
