Epidemiology and Management of Drug-induced Liver Injury: Importance of the Updated RUCAM

Abstract: Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is a major cause of acute liver injury, liver failure, and liver transplantation worldwide. In recent years, immune checkpoint inhibitors have become widely used. This has led to an increase in DILI, for which pathophysiology and management methods differ significantly from the past.
