Students in the College of Medicine had a higher risk of developing functional bowel diseases compared with those in other colleges [2,26]. IBS-D has many triggers, of which diet and emotion stress show high inducibility of this disease [ 31 , 32 ]. So, we prolong the treatment period to 12 weeks in order to reduce symptom relapse and obtain better long-term efficacy.…”
