Epidemiology of resistant gram-negative bacteria in nursing homes

Abstract: Background: Resistant gram-negative bacteria (R-GNB) colonization in nursing home patients can cause clinical infection and intrafacility transmission. Limited data exist on the roles of age and function on R-GNB colonization.
