Abstract: RESUMO -A epilepsia generalizada idiopática (EGI) frequentemente não é diagnosticada corretamente em adultos, com sérias consequências para os pacientes. O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar os fatores mais frequentemente associados a dificuldades no diagnóstico diferencial entre epilepsias parciais e generalizadas em adultos.
