Abstract:Behçet’s disease is a chronic multisystem vasculitis that presented with several manifestations. Episcleritis is a benign inflammation of the episcleral tissue and is rarely reported in Behçet’s disease. We reported an 11-year-old girl who was admitted due to pain and swelling around the left eye with initial diagnosis of preseptal cellulitis.
