Epistaxis: An Unusual Presentation of Factitious Disorder

Abstract: Introduction: About 1% of psychiatric consultations are concerned with a factitious disorder. Unlike malingering, factitious disorder is a special psychiatric disorder that should be taken into consideration by the medical staff.
