Abstract:Perovskite hydrides, known for their structure-sensitive properties and high elemental substitution capabilities, offer an ideal platform for exploring exotic hydride materials. In this study, we use the H-radical reactive infrared laser deposition method to synthesize MLiH 3 (M: Sr, Ba) perovskite hydride epitaxial thin films.
