Single crystal of L-leucine phthalic acid was grown in slow evaporation technique at room temperature.
The grown crystal is 7 mm × 2 mm × 1 mm in size. XRD, FT-IR, TG-DTA, UV, EDAX and SEM are
all used to characterize a single crystal of L-leucine phthalic acid on dielectric characteristics, hardness
and non-linear optical (NLO) properties. According to the findings, the effectiveness of L-LPA crystals
is primarily determined by the surface quality of the crystals, which includes their capacity to resist
high power intensities as well as their linear and non-linear optical characteristics.
