Cutaneous soft tissue tumours and tumour‐like conditions are clinically non‐specific for the most part. However, the broad range of pathological entities, their diverse malignant potential and occasional association with other systemic conditions or inherited tumour syndromes necessitate a proper understanding of soft tissue tumour classification for the clinical dermatologist. This chapter aims to provide the most important clinical, histological and genetic features for selected, most important soft tissue tumours and tumour‐like conditions.
