Epithelial WNT2B and Desert Hedgehog are necessary for human colonoid regeneration after bacterial cytotoxin injury

Abstract: 20Intestinal regeneration and crypt hyperplasia after radiation or pathogen injury relies on Wnt 21 signaling to stimulate stem cell proliferation.
