Epizootiology of Blastocystis spp.: A Parasite with Zoonotic Concern

Abstract: Blastocystosis is an enteric infection caused by globally distributed unicellular Protista Blastocystis. Various animals' species as well as human can be parasitized by Blastocystis species.
