Abstract: A 24-year-old Ecuadorian female, previously diagnosed with acute fatty liver (AFL) during pregnancy, developed constitutional symptoms, jaundice, and abdominal pain in a subsequent pregnancy, prompting investigations that suggested a recurrence of AFL.
