Epulis granulomatosa in a pediatric patient

Abstract: Introduction: Epulis granulomatosa is a post-surgical lesion emanating from an extraction socket. It can be misdiagnosed with other lesions that have similar clinical appearances, such as foreign body and pyogenic granuloma.
