In a 13-year-old patient with circumscribed cystic lymphangioma of the scrotum and penis, the subepidermal lymph plexus was demonstrated by means of an injection of contrast medium in 3 cysts. On the a. p. view, a fine network of communicating lymph vessels was seen distributed evenly over the skin of the scrotum and the penis. The wealth of lymph vessels in this region showing marked tortuosity and dilatations in sections was particularly remarkable. Comparable lymphographie investigations of the scrotum and penis have not been reported in the literature to date so fare as we know.
