“…Calculating bulk thermodynamic quantities of QCD on the lattice has interesting developments in past couple of years, both in terms of new techniques and results. There are updates on the EoS using non-perturbatively O(a) improved Wilson fermions where gradient flow is employed to fix the renormalization of the energy momentum tensor [42] on the lattice [43]. Since the continuum limit is not yet achieved, the idea is to look at the plateau of relevant quantities as a function of a 2 /t where a is the lattice spacing and t being the flow time [43].…”

“…The results we obtained are quite encouraging. We see clear signals of the QCD transition/crossover with the chiral condensate and the disconnected chiral susceptibility, even with the explicit chiral violation of Wilson-type quarks [8]. We also find a good consistency between the gluonic and fermionic definitions for the topological susceptibility [9].…”

“…At this simulation point, finite temperature configurations have been generated on lattices with N t = 4, 6, • • • 16 corresponding to the tempereture range of 174-697 MeV [12]. In our previous study applying the gradient flow method to these configurations [8], however, it turned out that the lattices with N t < ∼ 8 suffer from sizable O ( (aT )…”
