Abstract

issue of JAMA Cardiology was corrected to fix the color scheme for the bar graph in Figure 4. The color scheme for the legend in Figure 4 was reversed, such that the first event (lightest shade) in the published version should have been darkest, and the more than 4 events (darkest shade) should have been the lightest, along with exchanging the middle shades for second and third events.
