Erros de medicação em um hospital municipal do interior da Bahia. Uma análise do processo de prescrição e aprazamento

Abstract: Resumo: Na maioria dos casos, necessita-se de uma prescrição para obter o acesso a medicamentos. Para que a segurança e efetividade dos medicamentos não sejam comprometidas, a prescrição médica deve estar isenta de erros.
