Erythromelanosis Folliculitis Faciei – A Case Report and Management Insights

Abstract: Erythromelanosis folliculitis faciei (EFF) is an underdiagnosed and rare pigmentary condition characterized by asymptomatic symmetrical erythema, hyperpigmentation, and follicular papules over the face and neck.
