Erythropoiesis after Therapy with Recombinant Human Erythropoietin: A Dose–Response Study in Anemic Cancer Surgery Patients

Abstract: Background and Objectives: Preoperative treatment with 600 U/kg of recombinant human erythropoietin (r–HuEPO) effectively increases erythropoiesis in cancer patients.
