Abstract: Esculin, a natural coumarin compound primarily derived from Cortex fraxini, is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Leukemia, a type of hematological cancer, is characterized by the uncontrolled proliferation of white blood cells and has high mortality rates.
