Esofagoyeyunostomía de emergencia en hernia hiatal tipo IV: reporte de caso

Abstract: Reconstruction of the digestive tract is a surgical challenge; we propose a novel and successful alternative using a large vascularized pedicled jejunum anastomosed to the cervical esophagus in an emergency situation.
