Abstract: INTRODUÇÃOA encefalopatia hepática (EH) é uma disfunção neuropsiquiátrica reversível, secundária à insuficiência hepática 1,2 ,cuja prevalência é variável. É comumente subestimada em virtude da preservação das habilidades verbais dos pacientes em estágios iniciais da doença.
