Esplenosis abdominal: un diagnóstico infrecuente

Abstract: Splenosis is an uncommon entity resulting from the spread of splenic tissue to different body compartments. Although it is usually asymptomatic, it can cause a variety of symptoms and must be suspected in patients with a traumatic history of the spleen, including splenectomy.
