Abstract:In this study, the extraction of essential oil of Vietnamese Glycosmis stenocarpa leaves was conducted using two different methods such as conventional microwave-assisted hydrodistillation (MAHD) and hydrodistillation (HD). The obtained products were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The essential oil quality was attained in a comparable manner in both samples respectively.
