Establishing a Microfluidic Tumor Slice Culture Platform to Study Drug Response

Abstract: Accurate models for tumor biology and prediction of drug responses of individual tumors require novel technology to grow tumor tissue ex vivo to maintain tumor growth characteristics in situ.
