Abstract: AimsDrug exposure and response is determined by pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) profiles. Interindividual differences in abundance of drug metabolizing enzymes (DMEs) and drug target proteins underpin PK and PD variability and impact treatment efficacy and tolerability.
