Abstract: Dedifferentiated liposarcoma (DDLPS) is a highly malignant sarcoma characterized by the co-amplification of MDM2 and CDK4. Although systemic chemotherapy is recommended for unresectable or metastatic cases, DDLPS is insensitive to conventional chemotherapy, leading to an unfavorable prognosis.
