Abstract:Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) is a highly malignant liver tumor associated with a dismal prognosis, largely due to chemotherapy resistance. However, the mechanisms underlying gemcitabine (GEM) resistance in ICC remain poorly understood.
