Abstract:The aim of the study is to establish local diagnostic reference levels (DRLs) in cerebral thrombectomy, according to the anatomical region of ischemic stroke. This is a retrospective study from a single center involving 255 examinations. The proposed median values (P50) for thrombectomy are: 123 Gy.cm2 for air kerma-area product (PKA) and 915 mGy for air kerma (Ka,r).
