Abstract: ResumoEste estudo investigou diferenças na preferência por estilos de liderança entre trabalhadores inseridos de modo congruente em ocupações classificadas através do modelo de interesses e ambientes ocupacionais de Holland (1997). Congruência refere-se à similaridade entre os interesses do trabalhador e as características do trabalho (Holland, 1997).
