Estimating survival time of patients with glioblastoma multiforme and characterization of the identified microRNA signatures

Abstract: BackgroundThough glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is the most frequently occurring brain malignancy in adults, clinical treatment still faces challenges due to poor prognoses and tumor relapses.
