Estimation of Constant Stress Partially Accelerated Life Test for Fréchet Distribution with Type-I Censoring

Abstract: Modern reliability engineering accelerated life tests (ALT) and partially accelerated life tests (PALT) are widely used to obtain the timely information on the reliability of objects, products, elements, and materials as well as to save time and cost. The ALTs or PALTs are useful in determining the failed manners of the items at routine conditions by using the information of the data generated from the experiment. PALT is the most sensible method to be used for estimating both ordinary and ALTs. In this resear… Show more

“…Inference on Nadarajah-Haghighi distribution with constant stress PALT under progressive type-II censoring was reported by Dey S. et al [21]. Ahmadini A, et al [22] proposed estimation of constant stress PALT for Fréchet distribution with type-I censoring. Analysis of the modified Kies exponential distribution with constant stress PALTs under Type-II censoring was covered by Nassar M. and Alam FMA [23].…”

“…Almarashi [5] introduced an estimation for constant-stress partially accelerated life tests of generalized half-logistic distribution based on progressive type-II censoring. Ahmadini et al [6] presented an estimation of constant stress partially accelerated life test for Fréchet distribution with type-I censoring. Dey et al [7] introduced an inference on Nadarajah–Haghighi distribution with constant stress partially accelerated life tests under progressive type-II censoring.…”

“…In the realm of estimation, Hassan et al 17 addressed the challenge of estimating parameters for the CSPALTE competing failure model, assuming a Weibull distribution and considering both types I and II censoring. Similarly, Abdullah et al 18 delved into the task of estimating parameters of Fréchet distribution within the CSPALTE framework, concentrating on type-I censoring.…”
