Estimation of Event-Related Potentials from Single-Trial EEG

Abstract: Event-related potentials (ERPs) hidden in electroencephalogram (EEG) signals are usually estimated by a superposition and average algorithm, this algorithm makes strong assumptions on the characteristics of ERPs which are not valid.
