Abstract:An experiment was conducted to assess the genetic variability and character association using diverse germplasm of okra grown at the Research Farm of Division of Vegetable Science, ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi. Results of analysis of variance (ANOVA) and high genotypic (GCV) and phenotypic coefficient of variation (PCV) values indicate existence of ample amount of variability for yield traits among the genotypes. For majority traits, greater but negligible high PCV values than GCV ind… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
