Abstract:Introduction: Although there are many methods in malaria diagnoses e.g., quatitative buffy coat (QBC), rapid diagnosis tests (RDTs), serological tests and molecular diagnosis methods such as PCR, but microscopy still remains the gold standard for malaria diagnosis.
