Abstract:The discharge of organic waste from distilleries poses a significant hazard to the environment. The dumping of organic wastes results in offensive odours, soil contamination, the spread of viral infections that are extremely contagious and harm a variety of species, as well as vector transmitted diseases that impact humans.
