The goal of this paper is to investigate the security control for uncertain fractional-order delayed complex network systems under deception attacks using the Mittag-Leffler function and observer-based adaptive event-triggered scheme (AETS) with the fractional commensurate order in $q\in (0, 1)$. The adaptive event-triggering scheme is used during the data transmission process from the sensors to the observer, where the triggering threshold can be dynamically modified to reduce resource waste. We make a novel model for the estimation error system that takes into account both the effects of the adaptive event-triggered scheme and the effects of deception attacks. A sufficient condition is obtained to guarantee the stochastic mean-square stability of the augmented error system using the Mittag-Leffler (M-L) functions and the Lyapunov functional mrthod and By using the singular value decomposition (SVD) and linear matrix inequality (LMI) techniques, the co-design problem of desired observer and controller gains is found, and it is shown that the solution ensures the stability of a closed-loop uncertain fractional-order complex networked system. At the end of this study, two numerical examples and diesel engine system model are given to show that the above findings are correct.

The state estimation (SE) problem is addressed for state-saturated complex networks (CNs) contaminated by the random mixed couplings. Such coupling phenomenon consists of the random inner coupling and the random outer coupling, where the random inner coupling is reflected by multiplicative noise and the random outer coupling is described by random variable obeying uniform distribution. In order to reduce resource waste and calculation cost, the additional auxiliary variable method is employed to construct the dynamic event-triggered communication condition, which can more effectively represent the change of information demand. Accordingly, a novel partial-nodes-based (PNB) estimator is designed in the presence of general nonlinearity and state-saturated nonlinearity, which can estimate the whole states of network nodes with the aid of the measurement information from partial nodes. The appropriate estimator gain is obtained to ensure that the upper bound of estimation error covariance (UBEEC) is minimized. Moreover, sufficient condition is given to guarantee that the trace of the UBEEC is uniformly bounded. Finally, the numerical example is presented to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed PNB estimation algorithm.

SummaryThis paper investigates the problem of non‐fragile state estimation for Markov jump complex networks with two‐time‐scale characteristics in discrete time, in which the transition probabilities information is partially known. A singular perturbation parameter reflects the two‐time‐scale property of Markov jump complex networks. The goal is to design a mode‐dependent state estimator to ensure that the estimation error system is stochastically stable and satisfies the performance index. By constructing a mode‐dependent Lyapunov function with the singular perturbation parameter, a sufficient condition based on the linear matrix inequality is obtained. By introducing an optimized relaxation matrix, a novel decoupling method is proposed for complex networks with two‐time‐scale characteristics to reduce the conservatism of the obtained state estimator. The usefulness of the intended state observer and the superiority of the unique decoupling approach provided are demonstrated numerically.
