“…The pattern of plasma progesterone and oestradiol concentrations during the oestrous cycle in buffaloes was similar to that reported for cattle (Wettemann, Hafs, Edgerton & Swanson, 1972), although the progesterone levels during the luteal phase were relatively low in buffaloes.
