Estratégias ágeis aplicadas à projetos de PD&I: da teoria à prática

Abstract

Research projects with collaboration between research organizations and the industry require new project management techniques that follow the evolution of research activities and how these activities meet the industry's innovation needs. The industry sector has already incorporated agile methodologies in its development processes in different contexts and competitive situations. However, scientific organizations still remain in their old ways of working, following research protocols, with little attention to the collaborative challenges involved in their processes. Recent studies assess how these methodologies contribute to collaborative management in scientific research processes. In this sense, we present the main challenges, concepts, and case studies of the adoption of agile strategies, in particular the framework Scrum, in collaborative and multidisciplinary research focused on technological innovation.
