“…Durante o período experimental, foram realizadas 16 coletas de amostras do efluente, determinandose: potencial hidrogeniônico (pH) e condutividade elétrica (CE), por potenciometria; turbidez, por nefelometria; sólidos totais (ST) e em suspensão (SS), por gravimetria; demanda bioquímica de oxigênio (DBO), pelo método de Winkler; demanda química de oxigênio (DQO), pelo método do refluxo fechado; nitrogênio total Kjeldahl (NTK), pelo método do micro Kjeldahl; fósforo total (P), pelo método do vanadato-molibdato; coliformes totais (CT) e termotolerantes (CTer), pelo método dos tubos múltiplos (APHA, AWWA, WEF, 2012). Após digestão ácida, foram determinados: sódio (Na) e potássio (K), por fotometria de chama e cálcio (Ca) e magnésio (Mg), por espectrofotometria de absorção atômica (SILVA, 2009).
