“…Se hizo seguimiento a las 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 y 24 horas posoperatorias (POP) con visita clínica y evaluación por parte de investigadores quienes determinaban el manejo analgésico POP. Se definió DAP moderado a severo al reporte de un valor ≥ 4 en la escala verbal análoga (EVA) de 11 puntos desde 0 a 10 donde 0 representa ausencia de dolor y 10 el peor dolor imaginable [21] durante el seguimiento.
