Abstract:BACKGROUND: Levobupivacaine is currently the anesthetic of choice in subarachnoid anesthesia; reducing the risk of cardiotoxicity, it provides a shorter time of motor and sensory block compared to bupivacaine, allowing faster recovery of motility.
