Abstract: Introducción: el aumento de patologías crónicas en edades avanzadas conlleva un elevado grado de polimedicación, entendido como el consumo simultáneo de cinco o más medicamentos. La polimedicación aumenta el riesgo de problemas relacionados con los medicamentos (PRM).
